The administrative offices of SIGN are located at 83 North Street in Yorkton, the former Angus Spice School which became the home to SIGN in 1991.

The following services are located in the J. Elton Davidge Building, named for the first executive director of SIGN:
SIGN received the building at 345 Broadway St. West in 2005 as a gift from the owners, who had operated the Corona Motor Hotel and Travelodge at that location for many years.
The building now houses a number of community-based organization offices, and rented rooms are used extensively for education and training purposes.

SIGN provides two programs in Kamsack, serving the town and surrounding area:

Kamsack Family Resource Centre
Rapid Access Counselling is provided one day a week at several locations. The Kamsack Family Resource Centre is located downtown on 1st Street.
Our location on King Street in Melville provides a home from where, four days a week, we offer
SIGN Rapid Access Counselling.
The counsellor also visits Esterhazy one day a week to provide services there.
