The Regency Room is located on the lower level of SIGN on Broadway. It contains a large whiteboard , podium with microphone, a sound system and wifi. 

Maximum occupancy is 150 people.

Approximately 3,500 square feet

$175 for half day

This room is located in the lower level hallway and is equipped with a whiteboard and large TV screen. 

Max occupancy is 32 people.

 The Boardroom is also located in the lower level hallway. It has 10 comfortable boardroom chairs, a large boardroom table and a large TV screen. 

Max occupancy is 10 people.

Additional Information

  •  Secure wi-fi available on request.
  • All rooms except the Victoria Room have, or soon will have television screens for displaying laptop content, replacing projectors.
  • A half day is considered four hours or less. A full day is anything over four hours. 
  • There may be an additional charge if you require early entry for special meeting set up (centre pieces, information packages, etc.) depending on availability of the room. 
  • One half of the room charge will be billed for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. 
  • Meals, coffee, bottled water, juice, muffins and cookies available on request.
